Wonderful Location near the Metro

The location was very convenient near the metro station. The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions. I found the apartment clean upon arrival. It had everything I needed.
Finding the entrance initially was a bit tricky. The signage could be clearer.

The Standard Apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette with a functional refrigerator. Fresh towels arrived daily and the linen was clean. The bed provided a restful sleep after a long day.

The metro station is steps away. This offered easy access to main attractions. The proximity to the Colosseum allowed for leisurely walks. There were several restaurants nearby.

I appreciated the proximity to the metro station. it was just steps away from the front door. the apartment was also spacious, great for my needs. the daily room cleaning was a real plus. It helped maintain a tidy space.
the bed was not the most comfortable. it felt a bit old and springy, it was alright for my short stay.

I was PLEASED with the location close to the metro station. It made traveling around town very easy. The room was cleaned daily and was quite spacious.
The furniture was worn in some areas.

The front desk staff offered fast assistance and were helpful. They efficiently stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The staff provided useful information about local transportation options AND sightseeing destinations.

The location was seriously convenient! the metro station was just steps away, made getting around super easy. plus, the cleaning service was perfect. I mean, coming back to a super clean room every day was amazing!!!
Finding the place initially was tough. The entrance was hard to spot, almost like a hidden door. also, the noise from the street kept me up some nights. Better soundproofing would really help.

The air conditioning did not work properly. We reported the issue, but staff did not seem to care and did not offer any real solutions. I felt undermined and ignored..
